Megan Stewart

As a Registered Massage Therapist (Level 6) with Massage New Zealand, Megan has a keen interest in the human body from the big picture (anatomy and physiology) to the small picture (biochemistry and cell biology) and how nutrition, exercise, and self-care can influence the physical body. This interest as well as her passion for helping others led to her pursuing a career in massage therapy.

Megan has provided pre-game and post-match sports massage to The Vodafone Warriors, helping to keep the team in top condition, as well as other top level sports people in a wide variety of disciplines.

In association with New Zealand College of Massage, Megan regularly supports community events such as Oxfam Trailwalkers, Relay for Life, Women’s Burns Retreat where she volunteers providing therapeutic services to some amazing people.

Megan is able to adapt her techniques and pressure and customizes her approach in order to help her clients achieve their individual massage therapy goals.

Kartik Palani

As a Registered Massage Therapist (Level 6) with Massage New Zealand, Kartik has a passion for helping people achieve their best self they can be with the use of massage therapy. He specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage and Cupping Therapy. His background is in sports science and rugby, having a passion for rehabilitation and sports. Kartik has provided Sports Massage to various teams from the like of the All Blacks, Wallabies and South Africa along with various Super Rugby and NRL teams. He understands how important recovery is to perform at your best, whether you’re an office worker, weekend warrior or a professional athlete. With the use of various massage techniques, Kartik will work with you to meet your goals.

Jess Hebditch

Jess is currently a 4th year Physiotherapy student at Auckland University of Technology where she has extensively studied Human Anatomy and Physiology. During her studies, Jess has worked in Private Practice and been educated by Senior Physiotherapists to develop her Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping skills. Her interest in Massage Therapy led her to completing an additional course in Myofascial Release. Jess uses the techniques that will be most suitable and beneficial for her client’s individual needs. As a Migraine sufferer herself, Jess highly values Massage treatment for her recovery. Therefore, she strives to provide her clients effective relief from muscle tension so that they can move well and live fully. When Jess isn’t working in the clinic, she is teaching Pilates, in Dance class, or relaxing with her friends and family – especially her dog Millie!
