Here at Physio Fix we offer classes for ALL AGES held in our purpose built gym, please see below for more information on each classes

  • Cost: $25 per session for casual, $110 for a 5x concession card, $200 for a $10 x concession card for all classes except Joint Fix which is $200 for one on one initial physio appointment and then 8 class

Body Fix – stretch

Open to all ages. Always achey and sore? Cant touch your toes? Want to improve your flexibility? This is the class for you. Body Fix is a 1 hour head to toe stretch class. Suited to people of all levels of flexibility.


Joint Fix – total hip/knee replacement

This is a rehabilitation class for people who have recently had a total knee or total hip replacement. This will help get you moving better faster. Work out in a group situation with other people who are going through the same thing.

Sport Fix – teen

Are you a teenager that is always getting injured? Terrible at doing your physiotherapy exercises at home? Want to get fitter, stronger and improve your flexibility? Teen class if for you! A 60-minute session injury prevention session run by a physiotherapist to ensure that you are doing everything correctly, but why not fun while you’re doing it? Come try it out today!


Pilates Fix

The 1-hour mat pilates class is taken by physiotherapist and pilates accredited instructor Teresa Victory. She teaches the class using the polestar pilates method. Pilates is a movement efficiency programme with an emphasis on improving posture and core-trunk stability, strengthening muscles and improving joint flexibility.

The class integrates breath and mindfulness alongside movement. Great to correct our postural habits and tendencies with today’s fast paced lives!


Core & Floor

The 1-hour core and floor class places an emphasis on the movement and stability of the pelvis and spine and activation of the “pelvic floor and core” muscles. The class is instructed by Teresa Victory, a pilates accredited physiotherapist. It starts with the basics for those patients or clients with muscle weakness/stiffness, lack of awareness and/or pain relating to these areas.

The slow-paced class allows you the time to get in tune and be mindful of your body. Modifications and corrections are given depending on each individual presentation. This is an ideal class if you are looking for exercise that is safe and effective to get you back on your feet.
