Here at Physio Fix we offer classes for ALL AGES, held in our purpose-built gym. Please see below for more information on each class & contact the clinic for class times.
- COST: $25 per casual session. $110 for 5x concession card. $200 for a 10x concession card.
Except Joint Fix which is $200 for a one on one initial Physiotherapy appointment followed by 8x class sessions.
- Maximum 8 people per class, except Joint Fix has a maximum of 6 people.

Body Fix – Stretch
Open to all ages. Do you feel sore or get body aches? Cannot touch your toes? Want to improve your flexibility? Then this is the class for you!
Body Fix is a one-hour head to toe stretch class taken by Matt. Suited to people of all levels of flexibility.
Joint Fix – Total Hip/Knee Replacement
This is a rehabilitation class for people who have recently had a total knee or total hip joint replacement. It will help you to regain your movement quickly and safely. You will work out in a group setting with others who are working through the same process.
Sport Fix – Teen
Are you a teenager that is always getting injured? Terrible at doing your Physiotherapy exercises at home? Do you want to get fitter, stronger and improve your flexibility? Then our Teen Class is for you!
Teen class is a 60 minute injury prevention session run by a Physiotherapist who ensures you are doing everything with excellent technique as well as having a good time! Come and try it out today!
This is a one-hour Pilates Class taken by Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor Kate Wallis. Pilates is a movement efficiency programme with an emphasis on improving posture and core stability. It involves stretching and strengthening to improve joint movement and flexibility. The class also focuses on breath and mindfulness aspects to encompass a whole-body approach. It is an excellent way to correct poor postural habits in today’s fast paced lifestyles. The class is suitable for people of all levels. Feedback is provided based upon individual presentation. It is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a safe way to introduce a new exercise regime into their routine.
