Classes

Here at Physio Fix we offer classes for ALL AGES, held in our purpose-built gym. Please see below for more information on each class & contact the clinic for class times.

  • COST: $25 per casual session. $110 for 5x concession card. $200 for a 10x concession card.

  • Maximum 6 people per class.

Mat Pilates (55 minutes)

Pilates is a movement efficiency programme with an emphasis on improving posture and core stability. It involves stretching and strengthening to improve joint movement and flexibility. The class also focuses on breath and mindfulness aspects to encompass a whole-body approach. It is an excellent way to correct poor postural habits in today’s fast paced lifestyles. The class is suitable for people of all levels. Feedback is provided based upon individual presentation. It is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a safe way to introduce a new exercise regime into their routine. Classes are limited to 6 people and bookings are essential.

Stretch Class (55 minutes)

Mobility- the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. In this class you will move through different stretches and mobility drills to free up different parts of your body. These sessions will be run by a physiotherapist and all levels are welcome. Exercises can be modified to suit different levels. Class sizes are limited to 6 people and bookings are essential.
